Come celebrate Independence Day in style with Fallon’s Parade and Block Party! This special day brings everyone together to honor our nation’s birthday with festivities that include a fun-filled parade, delicious food, and, of course, an evening fireworks display.
The City of Fallon is hosting an exciting lineup of festivities on July 4th that promises enjoyment for everyone who attends. This year’s theme is “Fallon Forward,” dedicated to empowering the next generation of young Fallon business owners’, ranchers, workers and volunteers. It encourages future leaders to care for Fallon, honoring its past while moving towards a vibrant future.
The parade starts at 10 a.m. at Churchill Middle School on South Taylor Street, heading north to A Street, east to the American Legion, and finally south to Williams Avenue and Maine Street.
After the parade, the fun will continue on Maine Street until 2 p.m. This free event will have a variety of family-friendly activities from food trucks, games, vendors and a fire truck sprinkler! Attendees can enjoy the annual bed races and pie bake-off, and also vote in a window decorating contest. As this special night comes to a close, guests can expect a dazzling fireworks display to celebrate America’s birthday.
Celebrate America’s independence with the vibrant community of Fallon! With a day full of fun, community spirit, and patriotic festivities we can look to the future while preserving and honoring the past. Join us for a memorable 4th of July in Fallon.
